I'm shorting Housing Homers for now...techs and SP500 P/E still way over 30 times...just incredible bubbles after bubbles...earnings are guiding down for next year and Da Crooks are saying this is the bottom...I'm wondering would anyone buying a house that's 30 times its fair price...I ain't.

Nasdaq continues to favor the flatline -- Technical --
Index continues to favor the flatline. Watch for initial support at 1328 followed by a more significant floor in the range of 1,320 to 1,322 -- this area represents the index' September open/close high and also brackets its 100-day simple moving average. To the upside, look for modest initial resistance at congestion around 1337 followed by additional overhead in the range of 1,347 to 1,350 which approximates a 76% retracement of the prior leg higher.
