Well, it might be used to identify the illegals who come in, are briefly detained, found to be without papers, (apply chip then), and then let go again....at least we'd know who they are and where they were.

Get rid of the INS branch that is supposed to identify the illegals. Save money. That group hasn't been doing a very good job now for some time.

Orwell's 1984 was here...and looks like it stayed.

It started as their Digital Angel product a couple of years ago and has been getting progressively more sophisticated.
