it is also a matter of changing as one ages... I used to be quite carnivorous too.. but not any more... I am lucky to have access to organically grown beef (which I seldom eat now), but it does make a BIG difference as opposed to the hormone-fed beef (and who knows what other carp). stress... i think that is a really big one... again , I am lucky that I have little of that, well... most of the time... I do need to improve on the exercise dept, lately i have reduced that because of being busy with other stuff. as for smog... what's that ? -g

The weekly charts of KLAC, AMAT, and NVLS are very interesting here....i wasn't around today to do anything with
these...but i think they may be at important pivot points..

AMAT...rallied to the 20WMA and 80% Fib line...
