they say.... I thrive in stress...

[but they say a lot of other rubbish too, and none of it is true ] -g

i can handle stress, it does not bother me, but my search for a better quality of life tells me it is best to avoid it, particularly if it is un-necessary...

hans selye wrote the definitive work on stress..

read it years and years ago...learned about "fight or flight" responses and how to best deal with it....

Stress is necessary to life and survival. It can be positive and beneficial (eustress) or it can be negative and detrimental (distress)
