Well, that's a start, but really just rearranging a few chairs. Something a lot more fundamental is needed.

For France or Britain to be two of the Big 5 is silly when India, Japan and Germany are also-rans. WWII was two generations ago and fewer participants are alive. Those who are can be considered irrelevant.

It's time to start with a blank sheet of paper or a blank screen.
