You and I have kicked around the various outcomes for the Senate. The WSJ.com takes it to the limit.

That's the first time I've seen anything about the Minnesota bit. Strange scenarios. My guess is that if it looks like that, the Senate will get absolutely nothing done because with each stage no one will be certain about the next one.

There is another complicating scenario I'm certain you've read about. Which is that we will have Floridas all over. In each very close race, the loser will challenge for as long as possible. We could easily get into December without knowing the makeup of the Senate from the November elections.

Interesting politics.
