I have to say.. the choice of incompacitants (opiate based) has me a bit disturbed... Given how quickly it had to be dispersed, there seemed a great chance for overdoses to occur. Tough decision... and I'm sure some folks in Putin's government are going to use it to their own advantage, since the Spetnatz troops, and not the Chechens, were responsible for the majority of deaths. Thank god it happened there and not here.. We'd all be second guessing the government and there would be discussions about black helicopters and visions of Waco running through their heads.. Hawk
