How so?


There is a very short hand answer here because a serious discussion of this will be offtopic. But Nixon said it very clearly; Ed Rollins said it very clearly in Reagan's reelection campaign in 84; Bush 41's campaign manager, name escapes me, did it and said it in the 88 campaign; and Karl Rove did it in South Carolina in the 00 campaign. I know I'm missing untold number of other instances.

I can't think of an instance where the "Republican Party" said anything like that. Was someone speaking for the "Republican Party"?

If not, then what individuals would have said something that most of us missed.....?? Surely, if there is "something" to be found, and LOTS (meaning over 10 a year) would be found on Internet in the last 10 years....
