Some electricity supply companies are charging a line loss fee if the line to your house is a long one. The electricity supply bill I now receive has 9 charges on it,...Debt Retirement Charge, Distribution Charge, Service Charge, SSS Admin Fee, Standard Service Supply-Commodity charge, Transmission Connection Service Fee, Transmission Network Service Fee, Wholesale Market Service Fee, and the insufferable GST. I think its about time that a lot more than the debt should be retired.
