The interesting thing about the report in the past week is that in addition to the heavy preponderance of sell signals the weighted action list of confirmed signals also had a high number of sell signals at the same time. That's very bearish normally, and it indicates that price momentum and volume indicators aren't confirming the price action. The price phase turned down today when the Dow went below 8265. It would have to close below that level to confirm the sell signals given so far.
