Yes, but the average Joe still had a hangover from the down, and many folks only look at their monthly statements (not online everyday like us nerds)..the psychology of J3P always lags any bottom, short-term or otherwise... Thanks for your point however....aren't those surveys accumulated during that month (and not at a fixed point in time) Regardless, folks are scared out there, no doubt. Just talk to anyone about the market, their job, etc.
