Thomas, Did you forget to include comments on this discussion? There weren't any comments. I just wanted to see if anyone is reading my report. :) Seriously, when I mentioned that there was a lot of discussion about the Nucleus Research report, I failed to provide the accurate context. The comments that Tom Siebel made were about the third-party firm Siebel hires to conduct the surveys, that Siebel owns a minority interest in the firm, and that the results have been consistently similar throughout the years including the surveys conducted by the firm that Siebel has never had an equity stake in. Sorry that my comment was unintentionally misleading. Thanks for your helpful comments about the other stuff. --Mike Buckley
