Jim Willie. Take a look at JDSU's balance sheet. JDSU has 20 or 30 times as much cash as debt. Cash is over $1 billion. Debt is around $6 million. Debt's not an issue at JDSU.

Probably not in their current form, and guess where many of their suppliers and contract manufacturers are ?
