David, who in the world told you that triangles occur anywhere but b's and 4's? EWP specifically states that triangles only are b's and 4's.
The only triangular thing that can occur in a wave two position is a leading diagonal which should slope pretty strongly upward and have impulsive odd numbered waves. They are generally pretty rare and they are impulsive and not corrective. They should be not be called triangles even though they are wedgie in nature.
