Big-butted sheep

cientists at the Agricultural Research Service in Clay Center, Neb., and at Duke University in Durham, N.C., have identified a gene that gives sheep large, muscular butts. In addition to raising the hopes of meatier sheep, the research may help our fundamental understanding of how fat and muscle are created in the body.
