Velo labeled it as ABC followed by X (abc).
It seems we are at the end (if not finished already) of small c of X. The next ABC down is coming.

My question is why can not this move up be a 4th wave?
The down move could be a 5 wave with the 5th coming any time now?

Not challenging you two. I honestly do not know
the difference.
