Agreed. However, there is another level of effort when non-3D issues come to bear, including the establishment of written law to cover them.

What if they just won't stop talking to your alias? Is that the same as someone physically following you around town and refusing to stop talking to you? No. It isn't. And it isn't the same legally, either. There are no alias restraining orders- as far as I know of.
