Then you ought to know that it's the levels during exceptional spring tides, during storms and (longer term erosion because of those) that would be enough to cause massive flooding damage. You can't just say "if sea level rises such and such an amount it wouldn't be enough".
In a lot of areas just a foot or two rise in MSL would translate into major flooding damage and erosion of existing
property/construction.
