Hi Scoot, Yes...heck, runnin a biz can be a pain all by itself, then throw in the move. Yikes! Nice view ....fits me to a T. Can I move in witcha? I'll park my boat nearby......... ....course.....I'd probably not get much work done wit the boat being so close. It'll stay real clean though! :o) Bote warsher
