jpg, that is a challenge. We've been on an aggressive recruiting campaign. We have grown so much and added so many the past year. Cutting new ground. Investing in the future I told my partners. It is a challenge to keep them busy, but you must plan for turnover, even the best organizations lose some good ones. It will force the issue of client and business development. We struggle with the same issues of keeping them busy while we develop them. I am convinced that is part of the investment you have to pay to build the business foundation. Takes risks, which unfortunately many of our folks don't like to assume. I've seen too many of our Firms wait until the last minute before biting the bullet and hiring someone. That is not smart in our business. Sounds like you are on the right path planning ahead, which I think is the best approach. RR
