There were some snippets of the funeral on the news tonight.

It looked more like a political rally than a funeral. There were the Clintons - smiling and waving to the crowd. There was the crowd - yelling and cheering everytime someone said something that ended with an exclamation mark. There were the sons pumping up the crowd, promising to carry on the "legacy."

I cannot remember anytime in my life where a funeral was used as a political tool. There were 3 people in that family that died and the people that attended their funeral were cheering like they were at a convention.

I was grousing about that student in Arizona who shot three of his teachers because he was flunking out of school and saying that this country is sinking lower everyday when people solve their problems by shooting other people.

But that funeral takes the cake. My neck is sore from my shaking my head back and forth.
