Go back to school, "Auric". Do you not know the purpose of an S-8? It's not the same as a Form 4 which would identify insider trades. Are you really this dumb?

You might want to pay attention to footnote 2, which says "Includes 50,000 unvested options to purchase common stock, 25,000 of which will vest in July 2003 and 25,000 of which will vest in July 2004." Mr. Johnson won't even be able to sell 50,000 shares of the stock in question until it is vested in July 2003 and July 2004, and there's no guarantee that he will even sell then.

Mr. Faber exercised options at $9. Do you really think that he would sell with the price at $9? lol

The other sellers' options are either out of the money or too close to the money to worry about their selling. Would it make sense to exercise an option at 13.3125 and sell the stock at 9? Maybe somebody as brilliant as you would do something so foolish.

Have fun trying to cover all that stock that you dumped on the bid a couple of hours ago. It's lonely selling out there, isn't it? lol
