He probably feels like Harry Belafonte did when he found out that HE was not the "King of Calypso".

"At first Powell appeared to take Belafonte’s criticism in light vein when he reportedly responded that it
was the Mighty Sparrow and not Belafonte who was the real “King of Calypso”.

A reference to the fact that Belafonte is considered the “calypso king” by Americans who have never
heard real calypso."
