No money has been paid out to the mysterious bettor- but others have surmised that the pick5 which i am told paid $4500 could in fact pay over $35000 if it in fact turns out to have been illigal because the bettor also scored on a majority of the pick 5 winners.
This could make some 10 percenters relatively rich.

" 'I didn't past-post anything,' the bettor told the Thoroughbred Times. 'I do computer work, but I'm not a hacker.'"

How convenient.

He is into computer work.
