reduce the quality of education It seems that this is the goal of the Republicans. My theory is they are tired of having their boys like Junior have to compete against smarter kids to go to college. Junior was rejected from UT law school, that's why he had to go to Harvard Charm school. By ruining the public schools the Republicans can both give their private schooled progeny a head start and make a lot of people angry enough to accept slogan solutions. There were a lot of simpler ways to fund the public schools than the mess we have. TP
