Now there is the spector of reducing the dividend and/or other state spending. The Budget Reserve Fund will run out in 2-3 years so we are starting to get serious about deciding whether to cut spending, raise taxes, and/or change the formula to allow more of the Permanent Fund to be spent. The solution: China needs to buy more of our fish!
