Well I've finished my programming project (fingers crossed) except for a "problem".

So I checked out the recipes. Good Lord! Talk about a "time sink". I was certainly right about that. Toasted Coconut Cheesecake. Sounds ethereal. I've already piqued the interest of my better half. 'Spect we'll do a little "experimenting".
