Hey, Scott Nice to see I share something with Buffett. Sitting on my butt, that pretty much sums up my approach to investing these days. I don't feel enough conviction in any area to bet with many of my dollars.... Just working hard and saving and looking for the next opportunity. There is still a lot of shaking out left to do. When this refi balloon pops...oooh boy. I think there will be some great real estate opportunities, but they may take a few years to show up. scott
