Old Mr. Market did not like it...I tossed a few $$ in for some shares a s I think there is a serious over reaction today.

Wonder if they are looking at an acquisition?

The dilution may be a bit of a problem, but of course management is betting they can overcome that by a wide margin by using the proceeds wisely.... So basically this is a bet on how well management can perform in the future.
I hate to make bets like that, but I would place the odds at about 60/40 or 65/35 in favor of them succeeding at this time.
