I have heard that the immigration law has been different for Cubans since the cold war. Neither Democrats nor Republicans have made any efforts to change that. So, do they enforce the law? Or just do as Democrats do and change it as it suits them? ...I guess it come down to what the meaning of "is" is, huh?

PS: anyone besides me having problems getting SI messages to submit this morning?
