They've got the whole thing in a duffle bag. Karl Marx himself laid it all out before his untimely demise. As I understand it "they" rediscovered the plans in the Berlin wall as it was being demolished. Saved it for Y2K implementation. See, the Democrats and Republicans couldn't organize something this clever or devious. They can't even agree on campaign reform....Geesh.
