"I don't see how you can miss" but i've said that wrongly before <G>. actually, I still think there is enough basic matter here to keep this outfit moving forward. at the end of the day it will be the effectiveness of / cost of / demand for the treatment that should make the difference. I'd feel more comfortable though with a more experienced manager & officers - this crew is learning on the job at my expense. also , it's got to be important that the docs don't get nervous about the company - i'm sure it's tough enough selling the'new improved' to a conservative group (as they surely are) without having to defend the viability of the company. good luck with that sell, Allen.
