"My behavior was never legally harassing,"

Kinda sounds like 'no controlling legal authority"...don't you think....?

Its what it sounds like when you know you "done" wrong but are not man enough to admit it and apologize.

Since I am the only person I know on SI who is a lawyer who actually deals on a regular basis with the laws on harassment and judicial decison on what does and does not constitute harassment, I stand by my evaluation.

I understand -- or at least I was told -- that SI was specifically asked to ban me for harassment in violation of the TOU, and declined to do so.

As to JLA painting himself into a corner, for crying out loud, he's a lawyer. He's trained to evaluate what is and, much more important, what isn't said. If indeed, which I don't necessarily accept, he got snookered because he couldn't properly parse what was written, shame on him.

Yes, Laz did admit me to SMBR under specific conditions, which I complied with but he booted me anyhow. Hardly being in my corner.

I really
see no need to rehash all of these points otherwise. </i?

I agree. I have long since and frequently stated my willingness to forgive all, let the dead past bury its past, and move on. Sadly, not everyone here has reached that level of maturity yet.
