VPHM Was up 19.63% on volume of 271,150 almost 3x its daily average. It gave a buy signal a few minutes before the close on November 1 and it was confirmed yesterday at 10AM when it started moving above the October 31 intra-day H with increasing volume. siliconinvestor.com It closed today 5 cents below its September 10 H of $1.33 and it is also approaching the resistance from the August 20 H at $1.44 siliconinvestor.com The OBV remains low.The RSI is up above 85 The P,S,M & L data at present: 1.28, 1.06, 0.98 & 1.07 (A good sequence except for the L which is still above.<g>) Bernard
