Washington, Oct. 31 (Bloomberg) -- The U.S. judge reviewing the Bush administration's proposed antitrust settlement with Microsoft Corp. will release opinions tomorrow, the court said.

We had an AV bounce on SPX breadth reading. It had over 5 days slipped doown to 0.498, but today had significant bounce and closed at 0.536. But the 5/5 cross down divergence wih 10/10 is widening with K=59 and D=63, but AV coming up here.
Out side of the sense of the "exhaustion" factor, i have no hard reason to warn bulls other than keep close attention as this could turn bear-side fast.
Reason, the bull-side is struggling at upside resistance and fighting more of a battle to keep above TA support points than in moving higher.
A TA support break cold turn momentum swiftly.
But Bulls still hold the ball. Max
