Maybe a favorable ruling?

Probably something in between what they agreed to with the DOJ and what some of the states wanted.

My guess that it will be a little unfavorable to MSFT and the trading in MSFT tomorrow will indicate how much of this is already priced in.

Judge just took too long to reach the decision and that is cited by some that she will not just accept the existing deal; maybe modify it. On the other hand, maybe extra time was needed due to the complexity.

Tough call..but I can't see much upside even with a very favorable ruling for MSFT.
