Dear Ish: I too have read everything you said, however, we cant right all the ills of the World by bringing these people here. I am sure in the Ghetto's of India you can find more millions living in similar squalor. IMHO the USA has TRIED to do a lot for Haiti over the years. Earlier much of our largess was stolen by the Papa Doc group, today I imagin its just PISSED AWAY. Now, switch to the Dominican Republic that SHARES THE SAME DAMN ISLAND and its like Paradise in comparison. Now, WHY IS THAT? JDN
