I spoke to David Garofalo, V.P. Finance & CFO, who said they have acquisitions in mind ( I think he said four)and that they would do 1 of them within six months to a year.
I bought in today, it a low price and there is a sizable gap and the rule of thumb is all gaps must be filled.
