marcos...to date the "company" hasn't sued Digr (shhh don't tell Annie, it would screw up her DD posts even more)...they've been sued themselves, and settled for stock, but that's another story.

The head honcho did sue Digr personally, not sure exactly who paid his legal fees, but the recipient of those fees, was the only clear winner in that suit...ummm in my most humble, but useless, opinion.

Hopefully the threads, and any lawsuits, do not cut into the time, $$, and stock, spent promoting the company.

Now should GE the company actually sue Digr, or anyone else on the threads, I for one will be a HUGE cheerleader...I leave you to guess which side I would cheer for.

well, o' learned Marcos, I guess we'll have to wait for Judgment Day to see if FiLo gets sued by the Company.
