patron, the positive thing is that most muni CEFs were up even when the muni and treasury futures were down. The pure value is overwhelming, even if the market doesn't like bonds. And if the Fed cuts rates again, the leveraged CEFs will pay even less to hold their relatively underpriced high quality muni debt.
