When I hit a bad patch with my heart a few years ago, a friend sent me Warren's CD "Life'll Kill Ya". The title song piano accompaniment sounded so unique and I couldn't figure out why. A music buddy of mine explained it. Warren Zevon played the chords on the high keys (right hand) and melody on the low note keys (left hand). He explained only someone like Warren would create it that way.

That song still hangs in my mind and reminds me of that time. Hope he finishes well.

i'm downloading some of warren's songs and am
listening to lawyers guns and money as i type.
i'm sure he is in a position to avail himself
of all the latest therapy available for cancer.
