Internals of the ARMs Index show weakness and flat congested activity. Net diff of volumes and NH/NL are negative, with Net diff of Issues positive.

25day sum bottomed on Wed Oct 9th in oversold conditions, but has yet to break through "0" with a -566 number on tuesday 29th.

With elections and Greenspan next week and some gaps lower down for the bears to close the odds are 50/50, but I'm long from 802.75 and expecting higher prices after Democrates pick up more seats.

Astro has the field clear until early January 03 and then a new set of heavy problems coming along.

the backing and filling of the past number of days can be counted as an 'A' wave.....a B wave rally could be huge..(possibly 1000 dow points) .and a C wave decline back to 8300 would set up the market for a more sustained advance///// all this is possible to occur in a matter of a couple of days early next week is my guess
