The fix is in for Jeb, again:

Eventually the list will be fixed, state officials have promised, in accordance with a settlement with the NAACP in its civil rights suit against Florida following the 2000 election. But not until the beginning of next year

In spite of the handicap of having jokers like Jesse Jackson poking their noses into it, this is a real issue. The games played in Florida and Texas to eliminate the massively Democratic minority voters has been SOP for so long it's a surprise to the locals when anyone sues.

That's the nice thing about having a Supreme Court personally beholden to the Bushes and financially beholden to the GOP. Let the suit go forward, but have the election first. Then, throw the suit out when it gets to the top. Repeat every 2 years.

Rhenquist, Kennedy, Scalia and Dummy know they'd better keep the GOP in as long as possible because if the Dems ever gain control, the cushy payoff "jobs" for their families will come to a screeching halt.

If I had my way all voters would be wearing INS wardrobe (in one form or another) as supporters of the INS.
