At least in the semi arena, we are seeing 2nd and 3rd tier stocks participate in this current rally.

Macro wise, I still believe it's a bear market rally but I am open to the possibility that there's more here than meets the eye. I am in the very slow, sluggish growth camp. Not so weak as to be considered a double dip but weak enough to cause the stock market to fall substantially from current levels, very similar to what we saw at the end of last year's big rally. A large % rise on hope that the worst is over and then a big fall because things just aren't as rosy as higher stock prices would have us believe. Of course, an external shock could change the delicate balance quickly.

I will accept this as a first try, quick response, but you must do MUCH better if you want any credibility!
