So, AMZN is nothing but a big river, through which product from many tributaries flows out to an ocean of customers? IOW, they are just real estate? How "new economy."

I think Amzn is trying to get out of the retail business where the margins are low.

You gotta give them credit for that. They know the current business model cannot sustain the current stock price so they keep on trying new things: z-shops, used books, lawn tools and patio furniture, partnerships, tip jars....

They been going at it for several years without much success, though...
