If you would pay even the slightest bit of attention, you would find them doing just EXACTLY that. They have, if America is lucky, shut down most of the Tim Johnson Indian reservation vote fraud scam that was building in South Dakota. He need those fake votes to have a chance. Now he has NO chance. Crimes, CERTAINLY. Prisons, unlikely. The overall solution to these massive crimes, like many others, is to prevent the same in the future, rather than to punish the damage already done...
