Donny is wrong again, as always. I'm right here. Today's dip was caused by an analyst downgrade - not something fundamental. Analyst calls are usually contrarian indicators. I know that Donny and others do not follow the reasons behind price moves, but it is important to do so. Nothing has changed other than someone's public opinion of the company. I just purchased 25 calls to take advantage of this latest irrational dip. The analyst is wrong - Google will not be able to steal Overture's business in the long run because although it may have a better margin, it will never be able to generate bids as high as Overture's because the clickthroughs simply do not convert as well.
