after 4:10pm eastern time. BTW, a judge made the announcement - not msft. The judge said that the settlement between msft and feds is good. States don't know what they are talking about.

The announcement was supposed to be at 4:30 but I think it hit the wires around 4:20. The futures havent reacted to it. Based on afterhours trades on DIA, SPY and QQQ they are up 0.7%, 0.5% and 1.7% respectively. Maybe about 5 points on the spoos.
