thanks, I was trying to make sense of other news on the ruling but not knowing legalese I was stumbling in the fog! Obviously the ruling was positive given the way the stock is acting ah. This pretty much sums it up. No fan of the evil empire myself but since this is the worst tech recession in 30 years, instability is the last thing we need, I'm glad this issue is resolved even if msft won. I just checked my portfolio and think I'll go do my part for the economy at Nordstroms, c-y'all this weekend. L
