I never said stereotyping was "a way of political life" so please don't put words in my mouth.

Stereotyping is a dangerous and divisive game that all political parties play. Stereotyping takes place on playgrounds to political campaigns, it is a human foible. Being aware of the dangers of stereotyping yet still using it as a tool for personal gain is what is despicable regardless of who is doing the using.
